SoMat eDAQ-lite

SoMat eDAQ-lite

Go Anywhere, Test Anything

The SoMat eDAQ-lite is the go anywhere, test anything compact version of the SoMat eDAQ. It is a sealed stand-alone data acquisition system for testing in the harshest of environments. It has leading-edge signal conditioning and a capacity to perform a broad range of on-board data processing. Engineered to be rugged and mobile, the eDAQ-lite is truly a multi-purpose data acquisition system.

Overview

eDAQ-liteNot Every Test is 100 Channels of Analog is it?

The eDAQ-lite has all the power, channels and signal conditioning of an eDAQ system; but in a smaller, compact package. For SoMat eDAQ customers, this means their smaller channel count system is the same as their large one. Ultimately, an eDAQ-lite is an eDAQ; there is no learning curve, no new software, no new file formats. You can also effortlessly network eDAQ-lites to eDAQs or multiple eDAQ-lites for that one-off 100 channel test.

Lower Start-up Costs, Infinite Possibilities

For customers just starting in testing; the eDAQ-lite has lower start-up costs, and can easily be expanded as your needs change and grow. Since all SoMat systems are easy-to-use, set-up and operate, you will be up and running fast; successfully collecting data in the most challenging of environments.

Gain Greater Understanding Anonymously

eDAQ-lite used in testing TREK bicycles.Do you collect engineering fleet data, or want to understand customer product usage? Do you want to combine physical data with vehicle bus and GPS? The eDAQ-lite can be installed unobtrusively to collect data under various conditions. On-board data processing like custom computed channels, triggers, gates, boolean expressions, and the SoMat DataModes™; make GB’s of data easily manageable. However, all of this is not any good if you ca not access it from your desk. The eDAQ-lite utilizes Ethernet communications, and hosts its own web server with a configurable IP. This combination allows it to effortlessly communicate wirelessly through WWAN modems; so you will have access to it anywhere in the world. So go ahead, from mountain bikes to tanks, airplane landing gear to bridges, wind turbines to backhoes; Go Anywhere, Test Anything!
